Following the tremendous success of our FORTY Under 40 initiative last year, Captive International is once again looking to celebrate the best and brightest up-and-coming talent in the industry – the individuals tipped to become the true leaders of the captive sector globally in the future.

To achieve this, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most proactive, prominent, and respected young leaders in the industry. The following survey is designed to allow professionals to nominate peers and colleagues who they believe are making their mark – and tell us why. The data generated by this process will be collated and presented to a panel of judges – all experienced and senior figures in the captive industry. They will assess the nominees and determine the final list of individuals to feature in our report.

All information will be used in strict confidence. We ask for your details only for verification, but you can, should you wish, opt-in to follow-up communications from our research team. The following questions should only take a few minutes of your time, for which we thank you in advance.

NOMINATION PROCESS:

Your details will not be made known to the judging panel, and will not be made public in the final report.
  • You may nominate any individual, including yourself.
  • You can nominate up to a maximum of three individuals.
  • All information submitted in your response will remain confidential.
  • Captive International’s editorial team reviews all nominations and reserves the right to reject or add nominees.
  • There is no cost to take part in the nomination process.

The judging panel (which will include representatives from Captive International as well as independent third-party judges) will decide on the final list of individuals to be featured in our report.

Individuals can feature in our FORTY under 40 lists more than once (if nominated and selected by the judging panel), but not in consecutive years. We believe this methodology achieves the balance of always championing new talent within the industry while also recognising the ongoing achievements of those more established candidates who still qualify under the age criteria.
