Question Title

* One memory tool for identifying punctuation in UEB is a square. If we think of a square made of the lower-cell dot configurations that use three dots each, we can get:
⠖⠀⠲
⠦⠀⠴

That is:
exclamation point ⠖
period ⠲
question mark ⠦
closing quotation mark ⠴

We could summarize that list with the phrase, "shout, state, question, quote"
It almost makes a story ... My kid shouted and screeched. I calmed things down with a statement. So, they could ask a question to which I responded with a quotation from a wise person [like Helen Keller maybe 😏].

Punctuation is covered in §7 of The Rules of Unified English Braille Third Edition 2024. (Instruction in punctuation is given in NLS Literary Lessons 2 and 3 and Braille Brain UEB Foundations Unit 3 and Unit 5, among other places.)

Which option shows UEB punctuation marks exclamation point, period, question mark, closing quotation in that order?
