Preconceptions about premature ejaculation

SURVEY ON PREMATURE EJACULATION

You are being asked to take part in a short research project sponsored by Premature Ejaculation Help (https://prematureejaculation.help), a self-help website on premature ejaculation. It will take only about 5-10 min.

PURPOSE.

This study investigates preconceived ideas associated with premature ejaculation.

ELIGIBILITY.

You must (1) be 18 years of age or older and (2) indicate that you have given your informed consent (see below). You can be male, female, or have another sexual identity.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You may stop or withdraw from the study at any time or not answer any particular question with no consequences. The study has been reviewed by an Institutional Review Board for the protection of participants.

ANONYMITY.

To ensure your anonymity, no identifying information such as your name, personal email address, or IP address will be collected or linked to your answers.

If you are completing this survey inside for an Amazon mturk HIT, please note that any work performed on MTurk can be linked to
the user’s public profile page. Thus, workers may wish to restrict what information they choose to share in their public profile.

Note that your worker IDs will not be shared with anyone outside of the research team and will be removed from the data set.
