Maryland Individual Advocate/Family Enabling Technology Survey

Maryland DDA is interested in learning more about the community's perception of the use of enabling technologies to support people with disabilities. This survey contains simple questions that will only take a few minutes to complete.

Enabling Technologies Definition: Enabling Technologies are various devices, apps, remote supports, telemedicine, telehealth, ‘smart devices’, and other forms of technologies use to increase independence, reduce reliance on direct supports, improve health/safety, enhance self-determination, and/or support a person with disabilities to function as independently as possible in any/all aspects of their life.
