Summer 2024 Concert Survey

Thanks for attending our concert in the park!

Filling out this survey helps the KSO gain information that ArtsWave and Kentucky Arts Council (funding agencies) require to support the KSO. Each completed form will be entered into a drawing in conjunction with each summer program on the following Friday, and a drawing for the grand prize on September 13th. This week we will be drawing for either a $25 Kroger Gift Card or $50 Gift Card to Oriental Wok (winners choice). Winner will be announced on Facebook, after being contacted directly via email.

Grand Prize
This drawing will be held at the end of the Summer Series concerts. The winner will receive a KSO prize package worth over $475 (a pair of tickets to each concert in the KSO’s 2024-25 Subscription Series, and winners choice of either a $100 Amazon Gift card or $200 in gift cards to local restaurants) and be sure to complete the post-concert surveys to increase your chance of winning.
