2026 AZA Committee Service Application

Thank you for your interest in AZA Committee service!

To access the application form, we request that you complete a series of questions to assess your ability to serve on an AZA committee.

Once the questions have been answered, please complete the form to share the committee(s) you are interested in joining and your personal statement.

To complete your application, you must also send your current resume (PDF format, final name: last name, first name - resume) to committees@aza.org by Friday, May 1.

Committee appointments are determined by the Chair-Elect of the AZA Board of Directors. Decisions will be shared in August 2026, with service terms beginning October 1, 2026.

NOTE:

*If you currently serve on a committee and are in your first term, you do not need to reapply for service.

*Committee members are only allowed to serve on one committee at a time, unless the second committee is Honors and Awards or Annual Conference Program.

*If you are applying for a committee that already has your facility represented, please consult with the facility's current representative before submitting interest for the committee. Duplicate facility representation is not permitted on a single committee.
