Help Shape KFAN's Next Food Policy Priority

Share your ideas to help choose a statewide food system policy priority for the next three years.

What could Kansas change at the state level to make the greatest difference in your community’s food system?

At our 2026 statewide convening, Kansas Food Action Network members will work together to select at least one state food system policy to collectively pursue over the next three years. This survey is the first step: gathering community experiences, exploring potential solutions, and identifying where we can take action together.

Anyone is welcome to participate. You may respond as an individual or on behalf of a food council, coalition, or organization. No council affiliation, policy expertise, or specific proposal is needed; All we require is your knowledge of your community.

You may submit more than one response if you have multiple challenges or ideas to share. Multiple individuals from the same council, organization, or community are also encouraged to participate.

KFAN will use responses to develop policy options for discussion at the convening. Sharing your input does not commit you or your organization to supporting a particular policy. We welcome your perspective whether or not you can attend.

Survey closes Thursday, October 29th at 12pm
