When we reach majority, we join thousands of Amazon Teamsters across multiple facilities who are ready to negotiate a first contract with Amazon.

We collectively bargain with Amazon - this is our contract! What do we deserve?!

Expanded career choice opportunities.

Incentive pay when transparent productivity levels are met.

Meaningful pay differentials when workers take on more work duties (Tier 2).

An end to "at-will" employment (where the employer can terminate at any time, with or without cause or notice).

Fair processes for promotions, VTO, and VET.

A real platform to raise and correct safety issues.

A clear and quick process for white badge conversion.
