To the Residents and Landowners of Winhall,

The Winhall Town Plan is up for renewal. The answers and feedback you provide in this survey are critical to guide the Town Plan update process. The Town Plan establishes a shared vision and values for the community. Our year round population has increased and the availability of housing for Winhall residents is in short supply. These are things that need to be considered to best plan for the Town's future.
