Promoting the REALTOR® brand

CREB® will be launching a local REALTOR® brand campaign to coincide with the busy spring market. This digital advertising campaign will run on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and target millennials (ages 30-40), who represent the largest group of first-time home buyers and are also likely to begin their home search online.
 
Each ad in the campaign that targets potential home buyers addresses why there is value in using a REALTOR® over self-serve online options to buy a home.
 
Based on market research identifying the top ranked valuable services provided by REALTORS® to buyers, we have developed ads that showcase how using a real estate professional will serve these needs. We also show how professionals help to reduce obstacles associated with online buying and improve the home buying process.
 
Gathering member feedback is an important part of CREB®’s ongoing marketing efforts to grow the REALTOR® brand among local real estate consumers.
