2026 Texas CASA Legislative Priorities Survey

Preparing CASA's Legislative Priorities for the 90th Legislative Session

Texas CASA plans to use this survey to gather feedback from the CASA network to aid in the development of our legislative priorities for the 90th Legislative Session beginning in January 2027.

Instructions: Questions 1-5 are required so the Public Policy team can reach out to you if we need further clarification regarding your legislative proposal. If you answer question 6, be sure to answer the follow-up questions (7-14), so we have as much detail about your legislative proposal as possible. Please complete this survey by April 6, 2026.
