The captive insurance industry has made important strides over the past two decades when it comes to increasing the numbers and proportion of women in the industry. But there is always more work to be done if it is to become a true reflection of society and the talent pool available to it.

To champion this concept, both the progress made so far and the work that still needs to be done, for the second year in a row we are recognising and celebrating the achievements of the captive sector's most prominent female leaders with another edition of Influential Women in Captive Insurance.

But we need your help!

To ensure we produce the most robust and credible list possible, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most pro-active, prominent, and respected female leaders in the industry. Nominate the peers and colleagues who you believe are transforming the captive sector through their sustained excellence and leadership – and tell us why.

The following survey is designed to allow you - the industry professionals - to nominate peers and colleagues who you believe are transforming the captive sector through their sustained excellence and leadership – and tell us why. The data generated by this process will be collated and will inform the final list of leaders whom we will interview and profile.

All information will be used in strict confidence. We ask for your details only for verification, but you can, should you wish, opt-in to follow-up communications from our research team. The following questions should only take a few minutes of your time, for which we thank you in advance.
