2026 LGBTQIA+ Nonprofit Leadership Development Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the The LGBTQIA+ Nonprofit Leadership Development Program! This program is designed to provide outstanding LGBTQIA+ individuals working or volunteering in the nonprofit sector with access to social capital, leadership development, and network building to advance their careers. Our hope is that by providing these dynamic leaders with beneficial knowledge and support, the next wave of nonprofit leadership will more accurately reflect the diversity that makes our communities so vibrant.

The program will consist of three mandatory, in-person sessions as well as a graduation celebration:
  • Thursday, February 5 (9:30am-5pm)
  • Thursday, February 19 (9:30am-5pm)
  • Thursday, March 12 (9:30-5pm)
  • Thursday, April 2 (graduation - 11:30am-1pm)

We ask that only individuals that identify as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community apply for this opportunity. Please note that engaging in the program may include discussions around your identities and experiences as an LGBTQIA+ individuals.
