WHY WE ARE DOING THIS SURVEY

The data gathered assists healthcare providers around the country to measure their organizational resilience on topics related to emergency management, business continuity, IT disaster recovery and other risk related topics. Our goal is to strengthen healthcare resilience and provide peer-based information sharing while maintaining confidentiality.
This questionnaire is entirely voluntary and your response is CONFIDENTIAL.

WHAT WE WILL DO WITH THE DATA

1. We will aggregate the information gathered to update our national repository of data on healthcare resiliency

2. We will conduct a comparative analysis among similar healthcare organizations (e.g. all hospitals with over 500 beds) against specific industry metrics

3. We will share key findings while respecting the confidentiality of participating healthcare organizations/providers
