In Your Corner: Building Parent‑Centred Children’s Mental Health Supports

Game Plan for My Kid

Think of this as a quick huddle with a coach who actually listens. This anonymous survey is for parents and caregivers of kids 0–14, and your feedback will guide new parent‑centred mental health supports for children and families.

No judgment, no labels, no personal info—just you calling the plays. It’s a 5‑minute timeout that helps us show up stronger for you and your child.

For every survey completed, a donation will be made to CAMH to support the Child and Youth Psychiatry Division's innovative research. You can also enter to win a random prize draw for a $250 gift certificate and can stay in touch as we build better supports for families across Toronto.
