1. Introduction

The following survey has been developed by a team of Georgetown MBA students studying the motorcycle industry in the U.S. We are specifically interested in your decision-making process when purchasing a motorcycle, your perceptions of different brands, and your experience with dealerships.

There are 46 questions that should take you 12 minutes to answer. Upon completion of the survey, you will be able to view all the results to date. In addition, we will provide you with a link to re-visit the survey results throughout the course of the study.
