UCNS NCC Accreditation Program Requirements Revision Comment Period July 2026

The UCNS Board of Directors has approved releasing proposed revisions to the Neurocritical Care (NCC) Program Requirements for stakeholder comment. Program Requirements establish the minimum standards programs must meet to achieve accreditation. They consist of two components: Common Program Requirements, which apply to all subspecialties (bold text), and subspecialty-specific requirements (regular text). This comment period is limited to the subspecialty-specific requirements noted in regular text in the document.

Subspecialty stakeholders and the neurology community are invited to provide comments for the proposed revision to the Neurocritical Care subspecialty-specific requirements. This 30-day comment period ends Monday, August 31, 2026.
