1.Have you employed a recent Midwestern College of Veterinary Medicine (MWU) graduate of whom you have direct knowledge since their hire date? A recent graduate is defined as a veterinarian who graduated within the 3 years before hire.

Examples (assume the current year is 2025 and you started at your organization at the beginning of 2021)
Recent graduate eligible for survey
  • MWU graduate from the class of 2020 hired in 2021 (within 1 year of graduation and after your start)
  • MWU graduate from the class of 2022 hired in 2024 (within 2 years of graduation)

Not a recent graduate eligible for survey
  • MWU graduate from the class of 2020 hired in 2024 (more than 3 years from graduation)
  • MWU graduate from the class of 2020 hired in 2020 (started before you did)
