ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
-BSW required.
-MSW preferred. If successful applicant has MSW, they will be paid at MSW rate.
-Current membership in College of Social Work.
-3-5 year clinical experience in Social Work/Discharge Planning.
-Current knowledge/familiarity with agencies, service and resources in Chatham-Kent .
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
-Satisfactory attendance.
