About this research

TCK Training is conducting independent research on how international schools build and support their communities over the long term. We are seeking perspectives from those who lead at any level to build a clearer picture of what international schools need in order to thrive.

This 20-question survey takes 5–10 minutes to complete and explores successes, challenges, and future priorities across the international school community. Semi-structured interviews are also taking place from July-November 2026.

We hope to learn if there are trends based on various demographics (such as school size and region) and where perceived needs/gaps in care and training are.

Participants will receive early access to the findings, with planned public release in mid-2027.
