Job Description
Own the end-to-end growth of the Shameless Podcast—from pipeline to publish to promotion—so every episode delivers insight, reach, and momentum for the brand.

You will:
  • Guest pipeline & booking: Build and manage a rolling 8–12 week pipeline using Matchmaker.fm and direct outreach; coordinate prep calls, briefings, and scheduling.
  • Editorial & production: Craft interview arcs and research briefs; run (or coach) recording sessions; oversee edit notes, audio polish, and show notes.
  • Publishing & distribution: Manage episode metadata, thumbnails/titles, RSS, and YouTube versions; ensure accessibility (captions/transcripts).
  • Growth & promotion: Collaborate with Content & Brand Marketing Lead on launch kits (email, LinkedIn, site), repurpose episodes into shorts/reels, and drive cross-promo with Ambassadors/partners.
  • Partnerships & PR: Coordinate swaps, guesting for our hosts, press mentions, and (optionally) sponsorship packaging and reads.
  • Analytics & iteration: Track downloads, retention/completion, watch time, CTR, and conversion to newsletter/webinars; run ongoing tests on openers, titles, hooks, and formats.
  • Community integration: Source guests from the Ambassador network and relevant partners; align with events/webinars for thematic seasons.
  • Success looks like: reliable release cadence, rising subscribers/downloads, strong guest caliber, and measurable lifts to newsletter growth, event registrations, and brand mentions.
