Eastern Georgian Bay Forest Health Survey

This survey is from the Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve, a non-profit organization working with partners to conduct a forest health survey over this spring and summer. Your input will inform forest health programming and communications along eastern Georgian Bay. You have been sent this survey because you have some connection to forest health within your association or township. We appreciate as much or as little information as you can provide.
