This survey is part of an evaluation of the Coalition for Healthy Foods in Newark Schools (CHFiNS). We’re gathering feedback from school nutrition professionals, administrators, and other key facilitators to better understand your experiences with coalition-supported initiatives- including training, local food procurement, and nutrition education.
Your responses will help identify strategies to strengthen partnerships, improve nutrition outcomes for students and families, and ensure the coalition’s long-term sustainability.
At the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter into a raffle for a $20 e-gift card. Respondents will also have the chance to receive CHFiNS swag!
