At the ACHPER WA State Conference the position of trade exhibit spaces will be based on sponsors having priority.
Due to Privacy Law, ACHPER WA is unable to share delegate information with trade displays.
Costing for an exhibition trade stall is $250 + GST. In 2025 this will apply for all trade stalls. Trade Stall bookings will be kept Presentations will be kept separate from exhibition bookings. Invoices will be issued once the application has been accepted and must be paid prior to the conference commencing.
Trade stall invoices will be issued once the stall application has been received, accepted and booked in and must be paid withi 14 days. In 2024 the exhibition area was at capacity with a waiting list. If an invoice is not paid by its due date the waiting list will be opened to the next sponsor/trade in line.
Sponsorship and stall allocation is at the discretion of ACHPER WA
All trade stalls will need to be completely set up and ready to go by 7:30am on both days of the conference. By submitting this application you are agreeing to a 6:30am bump-in time in order for your stall to be set up and ready to go prior to registrations opening.
