The Organization Development Review journal seeks to enhance its annual awards process. The purpose of this enhancement is to align the awards process more closely with the present-day of the OD Field. (On average, the ODR is published four (4) times per year containing approximately 32 articles. Currently, one (1) article is selected per year as Best Article by the editorial board members.)
