The Wolters Kluwer Antimicrobial Stewardship Gap Assessment survey was developed by MAD-ID certified clinicians with the intent of helping organizations better understand program gaps. The survey questions were developed using the CDC, IDSA, SHEA, and ASHP antimicrobial stewardship program recommendations and specific use of surveillance technology with clinical decision support. Our proprietary, weighted scoring methodology produces a benchmark AMS Performance Score against national AMS best practices. The survey will take 30 minutes to complete and will require knowledge of your organization's AMS program and specific intervention information.
