What is Bill C92?

The Government of Canada enacted Bill C-92, An Act respecting First Nations, Inuit and   Métis children, youth and families to affirm and recognize First Nations jurisdiction over child and family services. MLTC will be working toward exercising full jurisdiction over child and family services.
