2026 Suppliers' Symposium Call for Papers

Symposium Theme: Food Science in Motion - Trends that Matter.

You are invited to submit a paper to present at the Chicago Section IFT annual Symposium the morning of our annual Expo on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
We are specifically looking for:
  • Opening keynote / panel - 1 hour
  • Break-out sessions - 45 minutes
  • Closing keynote / panel - 1 hour
