Dear TARA Class Graduate,

We at TARA would like to thank you for sharing your family stories with us during our decades of service. Valerie Porr based her award winning book "Overcoming Borderline Personality Disorder, A Family Guide for Healing and Change," on the family experiences you revealed while attending the TARA DBT Survival Skills Class as well as on TARA’s class curriculum. Your painful journey through the BPD mental health system provided us with the ability to help others, all of whose stories possess commonalities despite the varied backgrounds of each family.

Since 2000, when TARA first began our psychoeducational programs, new BPD treatments have been developed, more information on BPD is available, and new methods of reaching people (teleconferences and webinars) are now in use. Please help us evaluate our efforts by answering this brief survey so that we can improve our classes and develop new programs to provide you with more opportunities to learn and practice what you know while accessing support from others.

If TARA has made a difference in your life, please remember us during this season of giving by renewing your membership or making a generous donation.

We look forward to helping you and your loved one in the upcoming year.
