About the Project:
Northwest Contour Building Company and Cone Architecture are partnering on the redevelopment of 7006 Greenwood Ave N in Seattle, WA. The new building will include 33 apartment units and has the possibility of a street level commercial tenant. Planning has just begun, and construction could start as early as Spring 2020.
