Voices of the Membership Regional Feedback Forum
Dear Girl Scout Family,
The Girl Scouts of Alaska Membership Connections Committee (MCC) is tasked with holding a Regional Forum in a different area of our Council each year. This forum invites girls and adults to provide feedback and help the Council work better in the future. This year, the MCC selected the Anchorage region.
You are invited to the Voices of the Membership Regional Feedback Forum, which will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. We invite you to participate in person at the BP Energy Center or via a live webinar link.
A feedback forum is an organizational gathering of people with a shared concern and investment who come together to discuss ideas and strategies for improving that organization. All Girl Scouts of Alaska adult and girl members from the selected region, as well as Girl Scout parents and guardians, are invited to attend this Voices of the Membership Regional Feedback Forum.
At the forum, you will have the opportunity to participate in a structured feedback process led by trained facilitators in two sessions on topics designed to gather meaningful feedback. Separate Forums will be held for adults and girls. During the forum, the MCC will be listening to what you and other members have to say. The goal of these sessions is to evaluate our strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the growth and improvement of Girl Scouts.
The Voices of the Membership Regional Feedback Forum schedule is:
· 5:30 pm Refreshments and Fellowship
· 6:00 pm Feedback Sessions
· 8:00 pm End of the Forum
