1. Registration Form

Federated Farmers invites you to register for Federated Farmers Leadership 101 courses in 2020. 
Please choose from the drop down menu when prompted as to which date and location suits you best. 
FFNZ 101 is a 1 day course for rural professionals who wish to improve upon their management, leadership and presentation skills. 
Please note if you are NZDIA winner or Ballance Farm Environment award winner, your meals and transport will be paid for you and is for 1 person only. You will need to organise your own flights and accommodation. If you are FFNZ National staff, you will need to arrange your own flights and accommodation using the Orbit travel app or notify Janine.
Please note: No payment is required at this stage. This is registration only. If you are required to pay to attend, we will invoice you. 
Registration cut off date: Any cancellations to rooms or flights after the below cut off dates for registration be charged to you in full

Registration cut off dates for each course are as follows:

7th April | Christchurch | Register by 17th March
5th May | Hamilton | Register by 14th April- **New Online dates TBC due to COVID-19**

* 5. Terms and conditions  Any changes to travel arrangements or accommodation once confirmed may be at attendee's cost. A bond of $100 will be included at the time of registration and will come off your invoice if you attend the course. Should you decide to cancel for any reason once your registration confirmation email has been sent, you are liable for a course bond fee of $100, which will be included on your invoice. NZDIA and Ballance fam environment winners need to book their own flights and accommodation. Winner vouchers are non transferable and are for 1 person only. FFNZ National Staff course fees are paid for, though you need to pay for your own accommodation and flights from your department's budget.

Please advise your flight times to Nikki as soon as possible.

Federated Farmers prefered accommodation suppliers are Accor and Copthorne Millenium. Please note Ibis is the most accessible to the FFNZ Wellington office (across the road) should you be interested in a Wellington course date.

Cancellations made after the cut off dates once registrations are submitted will incur a non - refundable $100 deposit fee.

Please contact Nikki in the event of injury, or bereavement if you are unable to attend the course once registered.

Please note, you will receive an order confirmation email once you have submitted this form and answered all required questions. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it means your registration has not been received and you will either need to re submit or call Nikki on: 021 610005 or email: events@fedfarm.org.nz to register again.
