In this survey, we ask you to evaluate 14 key leadership competencies important for chief development officers. These competencies were originally developed with higher education chief advancement officers in mind. Our goal is to determine how this frame might apply to hospital/health system chief development officers.

This survey should take 4-5 minutes to complete. It consists of 2 questions on leadership competencies and 4 multiple-choice questions on your fundraising background. Anyone completing the survey may request a full copy of survey results.
