The goal of the forum is to provide Human Resources staff from TEXO and member firms an arena to discuss and share best practices and ideas, including but not limited to benefits & compensation, recruiting, training and development, employment and legal issues and more... It is our hope that TEXO member firms without dedicated Human Resources representation will be able to network and find assistance with matters that are critical to their business needs.
