IALS Membership Questionnaire

As we prepare for our 2017 Global Law Deans’ Forum and Annual Meeting we are conducting a survey on both the student and teaching experience which will inform the topics that we will be discussing. Your responses will help shape and prioritize the Evaluative, Assessment and Certification Program's blueprint. Please take a few minutes to express your options on these 12 statements.

Students have a shorter attention span and are easily distracted.
More students are not reading the assigned materials and are not preparing for class.

Students are demanding more and instantaneous responses to their electronic communication.

Grading students’ performance in class is difficult to quantify.
The addition of a variety of experiential learning pedagogies will help students develop the skill sets necessary for a comprehensive legal education.
