Shipping and handling options are: Ship all material directly to the Westin Harbour Castle, 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6.
Please find shipping labels as following: https://cutt.ly/CtYWfN. A friendly reminder your company representatives will be responsible to allocate, retrieve packages from the hotel and be responsible for all shipping, storage charges.
Your staff may bring your booth material at time of set up
Set Up: Exhibits will be in the Frontenac Foyer; please visit the University of Toronto Registration Desk for your designated exhibit space at time of set up.
Exhibit space will be pre-assigned. You may set up on Wednesday, June 12 from 1900-2000 hours or alternatively on Thursday, June 13 from 0630-0715 hours.
Tear Down Friday, June 13, 2019 no later than 1700 hours
