What you need to know about the Wisbech Gallery OPEN 2026 Exhibition

Thank you for your interest in the Wisbech Gallery OPEN 2026 Exhibition. Please read through the following notes and complete this form if you would like to submit an entry for consideration. There is a non-refundable entry fee of £7.00 per artwork submitted.

You can send in a maximum of three submissions to the Exhibition. If you submit more than three, any additional works will not be considered by the Judging Panel. Please note that you must be aged over 18 to submit entries to OPEN 2026 and you must be resident in the UK.

Please make sure that you have read and understood the key dates and terms and conditions for entry before submitting your work. You should also make a note of the details about your artwork as you will need these when you label your work, if it is selected.

The key dates for this exhibition are:

Submissions close: Saturday 25th July 2026
Judging Panel Decisions notifications: Friday 7th August 2026
Artwork drop off: Saturday 22nd August 2026
Exhibition: Saturday 12th September - Saturday 10th October 2026
Artwork collection: Saturday 17th October 2026

There will be an award of £500 for the winning artwork, with £100 awarded to the runner up and £100 for the Young Artist Award, for those aged 18-25. These awards will be decided by the independent judging panel, who will only have sight of the artwork image and details of the size and medium used.

Before you start:

You will need the following information to complete this form:

a) the dimensions of your work (if your work is framed, please use these measurements)
b) one digital image of each submission
c) an email address and phone number
d) An Artist Statement, up to a maximum of 75 words
e) Your website address and social media account details
