Take stock of our habits to avoid contagion and protect people at risk

In order to allow everyone to resume their activities while reducing the risk of dying from COVID-19, Co-Check 2.0 invites us to take stock on the adoption by all of basic hygiene habits (see question 1 to 7) while maintaining physical distance and wearing a mask to protect people at risk (questions 8 to 11).

Do your self assessment in a group (with family, at work) or with your loved ones!

By going through these questions, the CO-Check helps you to focus on the actions you can take to protect yourself and those around you in the event of epidemics such as Coronavirus. Doing the Co-Check with family  will help you better assess yourself and think about new habits to put in place.

For each practice, rate yourself from 1 to 5 depending on the degree of integration of each practice in your daily life.

You will not be asked to give your identity nor your email address.
