Resilient Hubs Program Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Resilience Hub! The following offers a summary about our Three Pillars; please refer to our website for the full description of our criteria.
SUSTAINABILITY AND PERMACULTURE: could include edible gardens, water conservation (rain water catchment, graywater systems, etc.), energy conservation & renewable energy, zero waste, use of non-toxic materials and more.
COMMUNITY BUILDING AND INCLUSION: could include neighborhood block parties, garden work parties, racial justice workshops, community potlucks and more.
DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE: could include emergency plans, research about community vulnerabilities to climate change, ample supplies of food and water, and protection against fires.

* 10. Lastly, the Resilience Hubs Working Group will be selecting one $500 mini-grant based on applications received by December 13th!  Priority will be given to sites working in under-served communities, and for projects that engage neighborhoods and/or communities.
