UMADAOP 4th Annual Adopt a Family Application

Thank you for participating in UMADAOP's 4th Annual Adopt a Family Program. Children of Incarcerated Parents are often forgotten during Christmas. UMADAOP of Franklin County is committed to making sure children whose parents are incarcerated are not forgotten at Christmas. Your participation will help us help children of incarcerated parents until their parents come home.
