SPI Earth Day Pledge

In honor of Earth Day 2016, SPI is encouraging the plastics industry to pledge to take action in one meaningful way that will benefit the environment. Some of these acts of green ask you to take a single action, others drive behavior change that will create positive results throughout the year. Whether that’s recycling your old electronic items, collecting your shopping bags and taking them back to the grocery store, turning off the lights to save energy, participating in a local river clean up, or other meaningful actions. All of these small, individual actions can collectively add up to big environmental changes. Through this pledge effort, SPI wants to show that the individuals in the plastics industry are committed to their communities, conserving resources and protecting the environment.

For every pledge made, SPI will donate $1 (up to $5000) to a local Keep America Beautiful (KAB) affiliate. Pledges can be made through the month of April.
