Application to Participate

* Each community team may contain 2 - 4 people, preferably from different local sectors that connect to local trails. Only the team liaison/leader needs to complete this application on behalf of the team; however, it is expected that each potential team member is aware of the cohort specifics.  
* When teams are selected and notified (early December), team leaders will be asked to submit a final roster of team members. Each member will be asked to sign a letter of commitment.
