The submission of abstracts is limited to students, residents, and fellows (pre-residency and post-residency fellows).

The deadline to submit is on December 1st, 2025. Presenters will be notified about acceptance of their abstract for presentation as a poster in the meeting by December 15, 2025. At that time, they will receive instructions regarding poster format, and deadline for poster submission.

The poster abstract must be saved as a pdf file, containing the following elements:

-Title;

-Presenter;

-E-mail of presenter;

-Co-Authors;

-Affiliations of presenter and co-authors;

-Financial disclosures (see DISCLOSURES below);

-Four sections: Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions (maximum number of words = 300).


MEETING REGISTRATION

Registration fees will be waived for poster presenters. A letter from the medical school, residency or fellowship program confirming the status of the student/resident/fellow must be obtained and submitted below. Go to https://bit.ly/4nKrusf to register for the meeting.


DISCLOSURES

Full disclosure must be listed in the abstract and on the poster. First/presenting authors must fully disclose to session participants all commercial relationships relevant to the subject matter for themselves and all co-authors of the abstract for the prior 12 months. Full disclosure will include the name(s) of the commercial interest and the nature of the relationship (Consultant/Advisor; Employee; Lecture Fees; Equity Owner; Patents/Royalty; Grant Support). Indicate “None” if no relationships exist.
