Rockaway Market Street is an outdoor marketplace with a mission of supporting regional farmers and producers with opportunities to sell their fruits, vegetables, food products, baked goods, and locally made crafts/goods to the general public.

14.ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT: By signing this document, I agree to abide by all policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures established by Rockaway Market Street @ Beach 60th (“Rules”), as set forth in the “Rockaway Market Street 2024 Handbook of Rules & Guidelines.”

I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations (“Legal Requirements”) required for participating in Rockaway Market Street @ Beach 60th.

I acknowledge that failure to follow any of the Rules could result in warnings, and the suspension or termination of my market space or permit to sell.

I agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the City of New York, and the  Rockaway Waterfront Alliance, Inc. d/b/a RISE Rockaway Initiative for Sustainability and Equity,  it's agents, successors, or assigns, for any liability, claims, losses, damages, injury, costs, charges or expenses, which may arise from vendors employees or agents participating in Rockaway Market Street @ Beach 60th.
