Nomination Deadline: Complete the application form below by 5 p.m. on January 21, 2022.

Dear CAI-OC Members-

Welcome to CAI-OC's online OC Excellence in Community (OCEC) Awards Nomination Form!  We have made several adjustments to the awards categories, so please read carefully.  Awards will now be in three categories:  Chapter Advancement Awards, Industry Advancement Awards, and Individual Achievement Awards. 

Do you know someone who has shown excellence in 2021?  Nominate them!  We can't recognize an individual's accomplishments unless we know about them. 

Are you a Member Company that feels they have gone above and beyond with industry involvement and Chapter participation?  Then nominate your company for the Company Spotlight Award. This is the only award that allows self-nomination.

To help ensure objectivity during the selection process, nominee's names will be redacted and numbers will be used to identify nominees and nominators. 

Save the Date!  The Awards Committee is diligently working on the Good Vibrations awards event.
