Due to COPPA law, no one under the age of 13 is permitted to fill out the form. The survey questions below will be used to better the user experience and resources for our launch this summer. The survey below is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone that doesn't work for Minor Chores.

* 2. What type of user would you be on Minor Chores? (select all that apply; If you are a minor (under 18), please have your parents pre-register also since they will be required to set up sub-account for children)

Chore Customer Plan - Free User - An adult (18+) in need of assistance with chores. If you are a parent that wants to sign their kid(s) up, you would register as a Chore Customer as the host profile user to oversee their chore-based business.

Minor Plan - 2 weeks free then $75.00/year - A Minor (under 18) entrepreneur who will provide services to customers that don't require heavy machinery or heavy lifting (I.e. poop scooping, weeding, gardening, etc.).

Minor Plus Plan - 2 weeks free then $100.00/year - A Minor (under 18) entrepreneur who will provide services to customers that may include heavy machinery or heavy lifting (I.e. lawn moving, moving services, power washing, etc.).

Mentor Plan - 2 weeks free then $125.00/year - An adult (18+) entrepreneur who will provide services to customers and/or mentoring to parents' children (I.e. babysitting, coaching, tutoring, etc.).
