Please understand that DC E11ite is a competitive "travel" program where skills are assessed for each player, the top talent and player fit determines who is selected at the conclusion of tryouts. Playing time and defensive program is of the coaching staff's determination, based upon skill level and experience. Skill set/talent is a determining factor in the selection of players for the team, however attitude/work ethic as well as player and family fit go into our decision-making process as well. Once the team is established, we are committing to you and your player as part of our team. Our focus in on developing players not cutting players and bringing in different talent to the team. Fundraising and/or team fees are required to participate. Families are a big part of our team and organization. Private conversations are ALWAYS welcome between parent and coaches to discuss frustrations or concerns. Tournaments are played in various locations and weather conditions, players are expected to participate under all reasonable circumstances.
