Public Sector Procurement Technology Utilization Survey

Governments around the world spend nearly $10 trillion to buy goods and services. Increasingly, they are looking to technology as the way to go beyond step changes to transform every process, from visualizing spending and researching markets, to engaging with suppliers and managing performance.

Public Spend Forum, in collaboration with our partners including Michigan State, World Bank and more, has launched a global initiative to understand the state of procurement technology in government.  The survey below is designed to help public sector and industry leaders gain insight into the current state of technology adoption across different agencies and governments, understand where procurement technology solutions are truly driving value, and learn implementation best practices from peers.

We will share results of the survey with all participants.  All responses will be disguised and aggregated with no attribution.  We thank you for your participation in this survey and will alert you when the findings are published.
