NAIOP Pittsburgh & Carlow University's Skyline Academy Application Survey

This short application for the Skyline Academy is for rising, High-School Juniors and Seniors. A $100 deposit is required for the academy and will be refunded upon successful completion of the week.

The NAIOP Pittsburgh Skyline Academy is a week‑long, immersive educational program designed to introduce students to commercial real estate through hands‑on learning, including classroom instruction, collaborative group projects, walking tours, site visits to active commercial properties, and off‑campus travel by bus. Students are expected to participate in independent learning activities, work collaboratively in teams, manage transitions between program components, and comply with instructions without the need for individualized or continuous one‑on‑one assistance. The program may include overnight accommodations and structured evening activities, requiring students to demonstrate appropriate independence, maturity, and self‑management throughout the program duration.
