Roth Family Orchard's Cherry Express will bring fresh cherries direct from our Mudgee orchard on these runs:

* Upper Namoi 15 December
* Hunter 16 December
* Sydney / Parramatta / Blue Mountains 18/19 December

Orders are now welcome if you are able to collect your cherries from the pick-up points.

At this stage only for sweet cherries as we are unsure whether the morello sours will be ripe in time. Apricots are finished now.

It will be our Simone variety cherries - always very popular. They're a cherry with a great flavour and a bit of a 'punch'. Supplies as 'orchard run' it's the natural mix of sizes from the tree as we don't size grade. We don't singulate each cherry, so you will see the pairs and bunches that many of us remember from childhood. These cherries are sizing up nicely this season, though I don't expect to have as many 34s as last year, it's very dry out there so they are fully reliant on irrigation now. (Unlike most farmers we are hoping for no major rain before harvest).

These runs are planned based on our current fruit load and crop ripening. Nothing's ever guaranteed with cherries but we are now very hopeful the cherries will be right on ripeness for picking for these dates.

There may be another later run to Narrabri / Moree on 22 December but that all depends on the cherries and can't be certain.

To avoid added fees we have used a simple survey form for pre-orders - payment will be on collection (cash or card).
This system won't send a confirmation at time of booking but we will email a day prior to delivery.

For delivery to Thallon on 12 December please order direct from Thallon School for delivery kindly by Mayco

If you wish to order from more than one run, please do the form a second time.

If you decide later you need more cherries please simply do the form again with the additional boxes
